CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICIES

To confirm your reservation we require a 2 night deposit.
One of the easiest ways to confirm your reservation is to pay your deposit via PayPal.
Once we receive your deposit you will be sent a confirmation letter confirming your booking.
The balance of your room charge is due and payable on your arrival for your stay.

Refunds in the event of cancellation of your reservation will be granted according to the following:
If we are advised more than 30 days prior to your stay - refund of your 2 nights deposit
If we are advised 14 days to 30 days prior to your stay - refund 1 night deposit
If we are advised less than 14 dys prior to your stay there will be no deposit refunded.
